A: Yes! Each AuraFrame includes a built-in LED backlight with a USB power cable and inline on/off switch. It’s ready to plug in and enjoy right out of the box — no assembly or extra parts needed.

Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location using Etsy’s built-in system. This ensures you get the most accurate and fair rate with no inflated flat fees.

Q: Do the frames come in other colors?

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations on custom orders?
A: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

Q: Will my lithophane look exactly like the photo?
A: Lithophanes use light and shadow to recreate your image.
While incredibly detailed, they may not exactly match printed photos due to the nature of the medium and backlighting.
Each one is crafted to highlight the best features of your image.

Q: Do you accept returns if something breaks?
A: I offer free repairs for life. If your AuraFrame is damaged, I will repair it at no charge. You only cover shipping it to me; I cover the repair and the return shipping.

Q: What kind of damage is covered?
A: Almost everything: broken pieces, cracked panels, warped parts, loose wiring, LED issues, dropped units, or normal wear over time.
