30-Day 3D Print Return Policy

At Layer By Layer Prints LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality 3D printed products. Therefore, we have established the following 30-day return policy for our 3D prints:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Only 3D printed products purchased directly from Layer By Layer Prints LLC are eligible for returns under this policy.
• Customized or personalized 3D prints are not be eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

1. Return Period:

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

1. Reasons for Return:

• Our return policy covers the following scenarios:
  • Manufacturing Defects: If the 3D print is flawed due to errors in the printing process or materials.
  • Shipping Damage: If the product arrives in a damaged condition.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different item than the one you ordered.

1. Non-Returnable Items:

• The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or usage not in accordance with our guidelines.
  • 3D prints with defects caused by design files or specifications provided by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized 3D prints that meet the specifications provided during the order.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and may request relevant information or images for verification.

1. Verification and Approval:

• For manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we may request images or other evidence to verify the issue.
• Once the return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

1. Return Condition:

• Please ensure the 3D print is returned in its original condition, or as close to it as possible, with all packaging and accessories included.

1. Refund or Replacement:

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement, based on your preference and the availability of the item.

1. Refund Timeframe:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to [X] business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
